To qualify for this invitation round, candidatеs must mееt a minimum Comprehensive Ranking Systеm scorе of 479 and 485. Thеsе NOIs signify that the OINP has identified these candidates as potentially suitable for the provincial nomination program. 

Exprеss Entry Canada Requirements

These candidates can get an invitation through this express entry human capital priorities stream, if their CRS score is higher than 404 with some national occupational classification codes.

You must read, write and speak in either English or French at a Canadian Language Benchmark level 7 or higher. To present your language skills, you must take an approved English or French language test before submitting your application.

The test you take must not be older than two years from the date of your application.

  • For English tests, the Canadian government accepts the general training test from the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and the general test from the Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP).
  • For French tests, the Canadian government accepts the French Assessment Test for Canada (TEF) and the French Knowledge Test for Canada (TCF Canada).
