  • If your employer can support you instead : Your certificate of sponsorship must confirm this. Your employer will need to complete the ‘sponsor certifies maintenance’ section on your certificate.

    Extending Health and Care Worker Visa

    You can usually apply to extend your Health and Care Worker visa if you meet certain conditions. So for extending your visa you must still be in the same job you had when you first received your visa. Your job must fall under the same occupation code as when your visa was granted. You need to be working for the same employer who provided your Certificate of Sponsorship when your submiting the application. It is also important that you still meet the salary requirements for your position. If you meet this criteria, then you can submit the application for extending the visa.
