Your school records from 4th to 10th standard will be used to verify this.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Minimum Marks the student must have secured at least 60% marks (or an equivalent grade) in your previous degree.<\/p>\n For PG courses, this applies to applicant Undergraduate degree (Engineering, Management, Pure Sciences, Agriculture, Medicine\/Nursing, Social Sciences, or Humanities).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n For PhD courses, this applies to applicant Postgraduate degree.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n Student must have valid scores for GRE\/GMAT and English proficiency tests like TOEFL\/IELTS\/PTE as required by your chosen university.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Student maximum age must not exceed 35 years<\/b> as of July 1st of the application year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Student total family income from all sources must be less than Rs 5 lakhs per annum<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n This benefit is given to only one child per family<\/b> as a one-time assistance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Eligible Countries: Student must have secured admission to an accredited university in one of these 10 countries: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand, Japan, France, or South Korea.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Keep scanned copies of these documents ready before you begin your application:<\/p>\n Personal ID proof i.e. Aadhaar Card, Valid Passport, Ration Card, and a recent Passport-size photograph.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Official Certificates i.e. \u00a0Caste Certificate and Income Certificate (both issued through Mee Seva), and a Resident\/Nativity Certificate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Academic Records i.e.\u00a0Birth\/SSC Certificate, Transfer Certificate (TC), Bonafide Certificate from your last institute, and all mark sheets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exam & Admission Proofs i.e.\u00a0GRE\/GMAT score card, TOEFL\/IELTS\/PTE score card, and student official university admission letter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Financial Documents i.e. \u00a0Bank passbook (first page) of a nationalised bank account, Salary certificate of parents\/guardians (if employed), and a copy of the latest Income Tax Assessment (if applicable).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The application process is entirely online and hosted on the official Telangana ePASS portal<\/b>.<\/p>\n Visit the Portal:<\/b> Open the Telangana ePASS website and check the live notification dates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Register\/Login:<\/b> New users must sign up using their mobile\/email, while existing users can log in directly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Find the Scheme:<\/b> Click on the ‘Overseas Scholarship Services’<\/b> tab and choose the Chief Minister’s Overseas Scholarship Scheme for Minorities and submit the application accordingly.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n A State Level Screening Committee will review your paperwork and create a merit list.
